SysAid is being recognized for giving back to their community with a 2020 Tech Cares Award from TrustRadius

September 23, 2020 – SysAid, a leading provider of IT and enterprise service management solutions, has received the 2020 Tech Cares Award from TrustRadius. This award recognizes the companies going above and beyond to provide their communities, clients, and frontline workers with support during the COVID-19 crisis.

Early on during the crisis, SysAid donated 15,000 TeamViewer remote control licenses to help IT departments support their remote workforce.

In response to the outbreak, SysAid also launched Worksafe App, a free tool used to simplify daily self-reporting of location and health status, while automatically alerting management to potential coronavirus exposure at work.

“Since March 2020, there has been no time for pause. I felt personally responsible, not only for my employees, but also for our customers, because I knew that SysAid became even more mission-critical with the onset of the coronavirus pandemic. It’s our honor to help our customers – we’re one global village and this is the time to show responsibility and care for one another ,” said Sarah Lahav, CEO of SysAid.

“SysAid has earned a 2020 Tech Cares award, which recognizes technology companies that have gone above and beyond to support their clients and communities in 2020 and during the COVID-19 pandemic,” said Megan Headley, Vice President of Research at TrustRadius. “SysAid was nominated for this award based on a variety of actions it took to support its clients, including donating 15,000 TeamViewer remote control license to customers, providing resources to support ITSM personnel during COVID-19, and delivering a free application to help track worker health and safety in the workplace.”

“We are excited to announce our first-ever Tech Cares Award Winners,” said TrustRadius CEO Vinay Bhagat. “This pandemic isn’t just a test of fortitude. It’s an opportunity to distinguish yourself. We have been completely inspired by the way the B2B technology industry responded to COVID-19. So many companies pivoted with grace, leading to many of them standing out in our minds as major community contributors during this time. Not only do we feel that these companies are deserving of recognition—we also consider their example when deciding how we ourselves can find new ways to give back.”

To be accepted for the Tech Cares Award, each nominated organization had to be a B2B technology company that demonstrated above-and-beyond caring during the COVID-19 pandemic. Everyone was welcome to nominate an organization for this award, including those who work for or with the company. All nominations were thoroughly vetted by the TrustRadius research team.

In addition to nominations, the Tech Cares Award was also given on the basis of reviewer feedback on TrustRadius. Organizations whose reviews clearly illustrated how much they care during this crisis have also been recognized.
