In March, we unveiled Workflow Designer, giving you the power to easily build and modify workflows. In May, we offered free Service Center, to help your other departments manage end-user requests. And in June, we introduced Worksafe App to reduce COVID-19 self-reporting burdens and compliance risk, as employees began to return to work.

Thousands of you attended this workshop series, asked questions, gave us your feedback, and hopefully practiced all the new things you learned. If you missed anything or want to review, all sessions are available online. So feel free to catch up.

Helping you, our customers, do great things is what drives us. Winning the 2020 SIIA CODiE Award, in May, for Best IT Management Solution is the result of this energy and collaboration, and we couldn’t be more excited. It was created to bring a smile to your face in honor of SysAdmin Day 2020 (and especially because of the serious pandemic situation and our new normal).
