SysAid Calendar & Scheduling is integrated with the rest of SysAid’s entities, so dates you enter in the Help Desk and Asset Management modules are automatically scheduled and displayed in your calendar. From one centralized location, you can:

Synchronize Your SysAid Calendar with Microsoft Exchange

You can synchronize your SysAid Calendar with Microsoft Exchange. That means that all the dates you schedule in the SysAid Calendar can be automatically synched and appear in your Outlook Calendar! Get all the information you need in a location you already refer to on a daily basis.

Coordinate IT Tasks and Share Your Workload

In a drop-down list menu, you can quickly access the different calendars of every administrator in your IT department. This shared access helps you coordinate your IT activities:

A calendar is also available in the End-User Portal where end-users can view the request dates of the service requests they submitted, the due dates of these service requests, and all group events that are relevant to them.

Because the End-User Calendar is completely integrated with your Help Desk, the information is added to the calendar automatically. The benefits are two-fold: you can spend less time talking to your end-users about the status of their service requests and instead focus your time on resolving them, and your end-users can rest assured that they're receiving proper attention and high-quality support.
