Sarah Lahav
CEO
As SysAid Technologies' first employee, Sarah Lahav has remained a vital link between SysAid and its customers since 2003. She is the CEO and the former VP of Customer Success. The two positions have given her a hands-on role in evolving SysAid solutions to align with the dynamic needs of service managers. With first-hand experience of SysAid products in the service desk environment, she is a key source of input for SysAid’s design and development phases, and continues to champion the voice of the customer to this day.
Ella Sterk
CFO
Ella has headed financial departments for international technology companies for over 15 years. She has extensive knowledge and experience in Israeli companies with global presence and operations. She successfully orchestrated an acquisition by a large NASDAQ traded corporation. In addition, she managed several private capital fund-raisings from VCs, PEs, and investment funds both in Israel and the US.
Oded Moshe
VP Products
With more than 18 years of experience in various product and IT management positions, Oded joined SysAid Technologies in 2008 and has continued to pave the way for the future of SysAid products. Pioneering the SysAid Roadmap, Oded is responsible for SysAid's overall product strategy, feature enhancements, and the future direction of new SysAid modules. Oded gained CIO certification in 2005, is an itSMF member, and regularly participates in ITIL forums around the world.
Hanan Baranes
VP Global Services
With over 15 years’ experience in R&D and project management, Hanan’s known as the go-to guy for any complicated customer issue as he always knows how to tweak the system with his special magic. Hanan brings deep expertise of managing professional services and support teams across both start-ups and high-scale global technology companies. He holds a BSc in Computer Science and an MBA in Marketing from Bar-Ilan University.
Jade Kahn
VP Marketing
Jade has 15 years’ experience in marketing and strategy with a proven record of driving strategic business growth across global markets. He brings together a unique combination of left-brain analytical ability with right-brain creativity for maximum business impact. Jade has held marketing leadership roles across the B2B technology sector, including at Cellebrite and NICE. He holds a BSc from the University of New South Wales in Sydney and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
Yehuda Sapir
VP R&D
Yehuda is an experienced software development and technology leader. He has a successful track record of building innovative products, using the latest technologies and machine learning techniques. Prior to SysAid, Yehuda was VP R&D at Perion and GeoEdge. Yehuda holds a BA in Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University.
Karen Weissberg
VP HR
Karen is an executive HR leader with an extensive background in major global and national corporations in the hi-tech industry, with strategic experience in leadership coaching, management building, people strategy, talent acquisition, and talent management. Prior to SysAid, Karen was the VP of HR at Mindspace, a global provider of co-working space. She holds a BA in Psychology and an MBA in Organizational Development, both from Ben-Gurion University.
Scott Harper
VP Sales
Scott is a sales, business development, and marketing executive with expertise in building high-performing teams, driving change, managing business operations, and delivering results. With almost 20 years of experience in sales leadership at Softchoice, Scott was responsible for growing Softchoice's $700M Canadian business. He revels in leading from the front, developing people, driving transformation, and delivering a significant impact. Scott holds a BSc from the University of Western Ontario.

Haim Shani
IGP Co-Founder and General Partner
Haim is one of the most prominent executives in the Israel High Tech Sector. In 2012, he retired from the Ministry of Finance. From 2001 to 2009, Haim served as CEO of NICE Systems Ltd. (NASDAQ: NICE). As CEO, he led the company’s growth from a $100m business to $700m and oversaw value growth from $100m to $2.5b. He was selected Top High Tech CEO in the large corporations category by the Israel Management Institute, and in 2008 was named one of the top 10 CEOs in Israel by Dun & Bradstreet.
Uri Erde
General Partner of IGP
Uri has over 15 years of experience in the fields of finance and capital markets. Before joining IGP, Uri was a senior investment manager with KCPS Private Equity. Uri held several positions with Gornitzky & Company, KPMG, and Prof. Itzhak Swary & Company. There he provided financial and legal advisory services in the fields of capital markets, taxation, and private equity. Uri is a CPA and a lawyer, and holds a BA in Accounting (summa cum laude) and LLB (magna cum laude), both from Tel Aviv University.
Israel Lifshitz
Founder
Israel is an entrepreneur and experienced CEO, with strengths in both turn-around and high-growth environments. In 2002, he founded SysAid Technologies and brought the company from bootstrap to two-digit million dollars in annual revenue, with 70K business customers in more than 140 countries worldwide. In 2011, he also founded Nubo Software, a start-up developing a secure virtual mobile workspace.
He has strong leadership skills with a proven track record of moving from idea to execution to profit. He has diverse experience – from development to product management to marketing to leading teams of all sizes at all levels of management.
