Uday Madasu is the CIO at the Jewish Board of Family and Children’s Services, which is NYC’s largest health and human services agency. He has been working in healthcare for almost 20 years and has hands-on experience implementing and managing healthcare information systems, as well as other clinical and business applications.

Since COVID-19, agency staff has been working remotely to deliver critical services to vulnerable communities affected by the pandemic. The only way they could do this is with proper training and support for virtual services, as well as having an infrastructure to enable these virtual services.
