The SMART’23 Awards Ceremony will serve to celebrate and recognize nine individuals for their significant achievements and impact on their respective organizations for the following three categories: Pioneer in Service Automation, Champions of Employee Experience, and IT Hero of the Year. The session will culminate with a thought-provoking panel discussion moderated by SysAid’s Chief Customer Officer, Francis Li, featuring the Gold award recipients from each category.
