Adding administrators, assets, and modules is as simple as adding a new license key, and you can do so at any time.
Do the industry-specialized packages come with the same features as listed for other SysAid editions?
SysAid Education and SysAid MSP packages offer the same feature as SysAid Full Edition. You can see a list of all features here.
What are the delivery methods for SysAid?
There are two delivery methods available for SysAid: On-Premise, where you install SysAid on your own server; and Cloud, where SysAid hosts it and you access it over the Internet (SaaS).
Can I change plan or delivery method at any time?
Of course! You can upgrade or downgrade editions, and move between On-Premise and Cloud delivery methods, at any time. The change takes effect immediately, and you are credited an amount equal to the current month's remaining charge.
