The day has finally come: SysAid Service Desk 9 new release is here! Cloud users, who have been upgraded with minor SysAid 9 releases over the past several months, have been upgraded automatically to the final version of SysAid 9 today.

The biggest highlight of SysAid 9 are the new Mobile Device Management (MDM) capabilities that let admins secure and manage all mobile devices as assets, and is integrated right into Asset Management. Plus, SysAid’s ITIL is officially certified by world renowned Pink Elephant, and the top 2 customer requests have been delivered in SysAid 9: a new UI design for the Knowledge Base, and dual screen Remote Control.
