** SysAid's embedded database, MS SQL 2008 R2 Express is not supported on Windows XP or the 32 bit version of Windows Server 2003

*** MS SQL 2012 is supported from SysAid version 8.5 or above.

****1. Embedded MS SQL Server Express database is not recommended for environments with more than 3000 assets.
 2. .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 is required.
 3. MS SQL Express requires an additional 1 GB of RAM, and can contain up to 10 GB of data.
