Overview
SysAid’s integration with DocuSign allows your end users to digitally sign a document, and have it automatically sent back to SysAid from DocuSign, with the ticket status updated accordingly.

Main Features
- SysAid integrated with DocuSign via Rest API using Basic Authentication method (X-DocuSign-Authentication)
- Using DocuSign Event Notification – once the document is signed, SysAid automatically attaches it to the related ticket, and updates the ticket status
- Integration can also be set up with DocuSign Connector instead of Event Notification
