Data Backup Policy

Any data that You upload to SysAid’s Server throughout the Term while using the Services, belongs to You. SysAid shall make commercially reasonable efforts to keep such data throughout Your Term and for 3 months thereafter. After that time, Your data will be deleted from Our Servers. While SysAid is not obligated to, We back up Your data regularly. In order to have your backup delivered, please follow these steps:

  1. Open a ticket with SysAid’s Customer Care team to deliver a daily backup of Your data at no cost to You. You will have the option of choosing to receive Your database in MySQL format or Your attachments or both.
  2. Once Customer Care enables this for your account, the daily backup files will be available for SysAid Administrator users in Settings > Customize > Events Logs. Separate list items will be created per type of backup.
  3. The download link in each item expires after one week.

Furthermore, SysAid does not keep any record of any emails processed by SysAid’s System, which are converted into service requests. Any processed correspondence is immediately erased.
