Israel Lifshitz DEAR SYSAIDERS
Happy 2011! With the New Year comes the opportunity for us all to create goals for what we'd like to achieve in the coming year, and as you can see with this new newsletter format, the changes have already begun here at SysAid!

This fresh new design is only the first small step towards some big goals we've set for this coming year. Our website is about to undergo a major transformation, the SysAid R&D department is already working on incredible new features we've planned for our upcoming releases, and our vision is constantly expanding to incorporate new technologies and innovations into our product and services.

In this spirit, we've taken our professional services to the next level and this year, our team of experts will be offering even more support and resources to our customers. It's all part of our commitment to making IT simpler than ever for you in 2011!
