SysAid 14.1 - Patch Management, Reopen Closed Tickets and More!
We are so excited about our first new release of 2014. Upgrading to SysAid 14.1 is the best thing you can do to your service desk. Why? Patch management enables you to keep all of your workstations and servers up to date with just a few clicks. The days of manually upgrading PCs one at a time are over. We also added the ability to reopen closed tickets; this feature comes thanks to your requests. While you’re at it, why not watch our free webinar on SysAid 14.1 and learn even more!
